If you sell through a ShopLink storefront, Message24 can read your catalog directly from it. There is no API key: all you need is your shop’s address.
ShopLink brings products into Message24. It does not receive orders.
Connect
Section titled “Connect”- Go to Settings > Integrations and click Connect on the ShopLink card.
- Shop domain: your public storefront address, for example
yourshop.krd. - Click Connect.
Message24 looks up your shop at that address before saving. If it can’t find a ShopLink storefront there, you see an error and nothing is saved.
What syncs
Section titled “What syncs”- Product names and descriptions in English, Kurdish and Arabic.
- Prices, and whether each product is in stock.
- Options, with a price and stock status for each option.
- Up to five images per product, plus a product video if there is one.
- Categories and brands.
- Products marked “contact for price” on your storefront are set up as quote-on-request products.
- Products that are inactive on your storefront are inactive in Message24.
Products you delete from ShopLink are deactivated in Message24 on the next sync, so the ShopLink card has only a Sync button. Syncing also runs automatically. See How syncing works.
Disconnect
Section titled “Disconnect”Click Disconnect on the ShopLink card and confirm. Product syncing stops.
