Connect ShopLink

Sync the products from your public ShopLink storefront into Message24 using only your shop's domain.

Markdownllms.txt

If you sell through a ShopLink storefront, Message24 can read your catalog directly from it. There is no API key: Message24 reads the storefront the same way a customer’s browser does, so all you need is your shop’s address.

ShopLink brings products into Message24. It does not receive orders.

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations and click Connect on the ShopLink card.
  2. Shop domain: your public storefront address, for example yourshop.krd.
  3. Click Connect.

Message24 looks up your shop at that address before saving. If it can’t find a ShopLink storefront there, you see an error and nothing is saved.

  • Product names and descriptions in English, Kurdish and Arabic. If a product has no English name, the Arabic name is used.
  • Prices, and whether each product is in stock.
  • Options, with a price and stock status for each option.
  • Up to five images per product, plus a product video if there is one.
  • Categories and brands, using their Kurdish names.
  • Products marked “contact for price” on your storefront are set up as quote-on-request products, so the AI doesn’t quote a placeholder price.
  • Products that are inactive on your storefront are inactive in Message24.

Every ShopLink sync reads your whole storefront, so products you delete from ShopLink are deactivated in Message24 on the next sync. That’s why the ShopLink card has only a Sync button and no Full Sync. Syncing also runs automatically in the background. See How syncing works.

Click Disconnect on the ShopLink card and confirm. Product syncing stops.
