Integrations overview

Bring your product catalog into Message24 from the system you already use, and send the orders the AI captures back to it.

Markdownllms.txt

An integration connects Message24 to the system where you already keep your products, such as a Shopify or WooCommerce store or an ERP. Once connected, your catalog is copied into Message24 and kept up to date, so the AI agent answers customers with your real names, prices, options and stock. Some integrations can also receive the orders the AI captures in chat.

You manage integrations in Settings > Integrations. Only business admins can open this page and connect, edit or disconnect an integration.

Integration Products into Message24 Orders sent to it Order status comes back
Shopify Yes Optional Yes
WooCommerce Yes Optional Yes
ERPNext Yes Yes Yes
ShopLink Yes No No
Integration API Yes Optional, if your system supports it No

“Order status comes back” means that when an order changes in the other system (for example it is completed, cancelled or refunded there), Message24 moves the order to the matching stage on your Orders page.

Odoo is listed on the page as Coming Soon and cannot be connected yet.

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Find the system you use and click Connect.
  3. Fill in the details the form asks for. Each integration’s page explains where to find them.
  4. Click Connect (or Verify first, for integrations with a two-step form).

Message24 checks the details against your system before saving anything. If the store can’t be reached or the credentials are wrong, you see the error in the form and nothing is saved. The first product sync starts after you connect.

Once connected, the card shows a Connected badge, the number of products synced from that system, whether the last sync succeeded, and how long ago it ran.

Connected integrations sync your products automatically in the background, so changes you make in your store reach Message24 without you doing anything. Shopify stores also notify Message24 as soon as a product is created, changed or deleted.

You can also start a sync yourself from the integration’s card:

  • Sync fetches the latest changes from your system. Use it after you’ve edited products and want them in Message24 right away.
  • Full Sync re-fetches every product and deactivates products that no longer exist in your system. It is available for Shopify, WooCommerce and Integration API. Use it after you’ve deleted or unpublished products, or whenever the catalog in Message24 looks out of step with your store.

ShopLink always reads your whole storefront on every sync, so it has no separate Full Sync button.

Below the integration cards, Sync Activity lists recent syncs and order pushes with a one-line summary. Warnings and errors are highlighted. Click an entry with details to expand it and see what went wrong, for example a product that could not be imported or an order your system rejected.

Shopify, WooCommerce, ERPNext and Integration API can create the order in your system when it reaches a stage you choose:

  • New: as soon as the order is accepted in Message24.
  • Confirmed: only after your team confirms it.

Each order is sent once. Only one integration can send orders at a time: if another integration already has order sending turned on, Message24 asks you to turn it off there first.

  • Business admins can connect, edit and disconnect integrations.
  • Disconnect stops product syncing (and order sending, where it was on). You are asked to confirm first.

Two connections live in their own Settings entries rather than on the Integrations page:

  • Meta Ads reads your ad campaigns and reports orders from ad conversations back to Meta.
  • Call center reports bring call records from your phone system into Message24.

If your business runs its own system, such as an in-house ERP or POS, your developer can connect it through the Integration API.
