## An AI agent that knows your business

When you turn the AI on for a channel, it replies to customers on your behalf, in the language they write in. It works from what you give it:

- **Your products.** The AI searches your catalog to recommend items, quote prices and check what is available.
- **Your knowledge base.** Articles you write about delivery, returns, opening hours and anything else customers ask.
- **Your working hours.** A schedule decides when the AI replies and when your team handles conversations.
